Clients’ testimonials

”Working with Monika has given me such a calm, considered & focussed approach for how I and my family are now eating.
Monika took such care over my current health issues, and together we investigated some alternative causes & solutions to my anaemia that simply aren’t available with the traditional GP route.
She takes the time to look at ways to achieve optimal health, with practical solutions to diet and supplements.
The four week program was perfect for me, giving me a chance to digest & apply all the advice & ask all the questions questions as they cropped up . Thank you Monika!

“I worked with Monika for a month during which time she provided me with invaluable insight, education and tips to start getting on top of my thyroid health. Monika was professional, warm and empowering right from the get go. For the first time I began to feel like I was in control of my health. Monika recommended tests for me which helped us to figure where I was starting from and what supplements would be most beneficial to me. I came to really look forward to our calls and gleam more and more information from her. She is generous with her time and is very approachable. Monika gave me an abundance of nutritional support and instruction, all of which were very easy to implement in my busy life and all specifically tailored to me. I am already feeling the benefits from all we did together over the course of that month and I look forward to keeping on top of my health with her guidance. She has given me positivity that there are things that can be done from a nutritional standpoint to improve thyroid function and overall wellbeing.”

”I had non-alcoholic liver disease and colitis. My hormones were all over the place as sleepless nights were an ongoing battle leading to anxiety and depression. Menopause, doctor explained, giving me HRT patches and antidepressants. My weight climbing more and more, the dietician wracking her brain trying to help me to no avail. After 12 weeks of following Monika’s advice, I feel completely different. My hospital consultant has finally discharged me from his list after 3 years. He was rather surprised when he announced my liver enzymes have all returned to normal, asking me what I had done and what I was taking. It just goes to show the foods we eat are either medicine or poison.”

Although Brazil nuts are the richest selenium source they cannot be recommended as the main source for you to get it. I can see so many practitioners recommending 2 Brazil nuts per day to get all the selenium you need but is it really confirmed by science? I'm...

Too much iodine can be harmful for Hashimoto’s disease.

I've done it before so I understand. I read a book about the magical benefits of high doses of iodine, bought a bottle of Lugol's solution and took quite a lot of it every day without even knowing my iodine levels. The thing is that if you are not deficient and...

Is eating broccoli harmful for your thyroid?

Is eating broccoli harmful for your thyroid?

Someone told me that she felt guilty about giving her hypothyroid child broccoli every day because this isn't a superfood anymore and apparently can worsen the thyroid function. This is not true! Cruciferous or brassica vegetables are still superfoods even if you...
